Debra Venhaus received her Bachelor of Science degree in legal studies, with distinction, from Nova Southeastern University in 1989; she received her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern Shepard Broad Law Center in 1993. Ms. Venhaus began representing disabled individuals while still in law school and, appreciating the opportunity to help those in whose lives she could make a difference, began practicing exclusively in Social Security Law soon after graduation.

Debra Venhaus has practiced in numerous states and in a number of federal district courts of appeals.  She has argued appeals before the United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the Seventh and Eleventh Circuits, and is licensed to practice law in Washington State, Florida, Illinois and District of Columbia. Ms. Venhaus is a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimant’s Representatives (“NOSSCR”) and is a member of MENSA.  After representing claimants in other Social Security law firms, Ms. Venhaus openened her own Social Security law office in May 2002 in Lynnwood, Washington.

When not practicing law, Ms. Venhaus enjoys being outdoors in the great northwest, running and hiking, and spending time with her young son, Austin.

Keith Kinzebach is a paralegal with the Law Office.  More information about Mr. Kinzeback will be added soon.
